Races & Registration
Running a Marathon is itself a challenge but running the Spiti Full Marathon (42.195 km) is even greater challenge. A tough race at a high altitude, the Spiti Avenger Marathon is not for those with no experience in running marathons but for those who have dedicated themselves to several months of training. Individuals new to running should begin with a shorter distance and then move up. If you are a serious long-distance runner this will be one race that will be a “must do” and one that you will always remember and be talking about for a long time to come.
Age Criteria
Participant should be in sound physical condition to adapt and run on high altitude. Ages as per events should be

Being the High Altitude Area and keeping in view the falling temperature and increase in Altitude, there is No Cut off time for the completion of the Race.
However, all those runners who finishes the race will be given Finishers cert with time of completion mentioned on it.
Qualification Criteria

| Marathon (42.195 KM) | Participant preferably has completed either one Marathon under 6 hours within the last 1 year before the day you submit your 2024 registration, or two Half Marathons under 3 hours in the past two years (at least one within the last year). |
| Half Marathon (21.097 KM) | Participant preferably has completed either one Half Marathon under 3 hours within the last 1 year before the day you submit your 2024 registration, or two 10 KM runs under 1 hour 30 minutes in the past two years (at least one within the last year). |
| 10 KM | Participant preferably has completed either two 10 KM runs under 1 hour 30 minutes in the past two years (at least one within the last year before registration), or one Half Marathon under 3 hours within the last year. |
| 5 KM | Participants should be in sound physical condition to adapt and run at high altitude. |

Bib Collection
- For KUNZUM LA (Spiti Ultra) Challenge – 17th August 2025 at KAZA (Exact Location to be shared later), Event Date 22nd August 2025
- For Marathon / Half Marathon / 10 KM Dash – 19th & 20th August 2025 at SUMDO (Exact Location to be shared Later), Event Date 24th August 2025
- Participants will have to collect their bibs in person and are requested to bring their original govt approved photo ID (Aadhar card, Driving license etc.).
- Anyone registered under Defense Ticket need to present the Original Defense ID for verification before collecting the BIB
- All Participants will be subjected to Medical Examination and have to be medically fit for participation
- All Participants need to sign disclaimer before collecting the BIB
