Acclimatization Tips
High-Altitude Prep Spiti Valley sits over 3,800 meters above sea level, so acclimatization is crucial to avoid altitude sickness. Arrive at least 3-4 days prior to race day. Stay hydrated, avoid strenuous activity on day one, and follow a light but carb-rich diet to help your body adjust.
